Value for money is very poor. At €360 we got a very small room. Room quality could be also better. Shower head doesn't work. Had to ask for bed sheets to be replaced the first day because they were used.

Currently there are ongoing development works being carried out nearby the hotel; these are not part of the hotel or our renovations. As we are located at the Heart of the Palm and with the new mall about to open very soon, we are subject to slight disruptions, from time to time. However, this does not take away from the time that can be spend around the pool or relaxing on our private beach. Nice hotel overall good location and very good services - beach and swimming pools are nice and enjoyable. The overall organization though was very approximate: - room cleaning is very poor . I have to call 3 times to get my room made up in 6 days - cleaning is very superficial. My room door and furniture was dirty and never cleaned - I didn’t get the towels and a shower mat all the times … we were 4 occupants and we got just to face towels -at the beach towels where often not available in the late morning and afternoons - half board was ok but lacked of quality some time but just right for the price - my deposit it is held after 2 days of check out Overall I would probably not return to this hotel.

the location was great, you can walk along the palm to loads of bars and restaurants. In particular the staff were so kind, Hnin went above and beyond to make our stay special, we visited for my friend's birthday and she decorated the room & even brought us a cake, and gave us early check in which was hugely appreciated!

We have stayed a few times here and other hotels. I would rate it avg. the first smelled bad and the second, an upgrade in size had a/c that only had a high setting that spilled over the bed and headboard. So relatively noisy and blowing all nite on face and neck. It was too warm to turn off. Staff tried to adjust it but couldn’t. Food is average and the hotel was “bustling” ie busy. Staff are great however.

Pool and beach area ok, location was good, also breakfast was ok. Otherwise not a great experience, booked a Deluxe Suite, was given a pretty standard room on the first floor right over the noisy bar/restaurant area, totally overlooked. Bathroom dirty with water in sink blocked, leaving us with others people’s dirt in our sink. Efforts to compensate were half hearted and poor. Would not recommend this property to other travellers.

Ho soggiornato per quattro giorni, l’hotel non è male. I servizi ci sono, ma manca la comunicazione tra i vari dipendenti. Il ristorante è pessimo ho fatto pensione completa ma praticamente per tutte volte che ho mangiato ci sono state sempre le stesse cose. Mi è stato spiegato che purtroppo c’era il Ramadan e quindi bisognava per forza mangiare questo. Si sono scusati offrendomi una bottiglia di vino. Ma il tutto è decaduto di nuovo quando al check out mi hanno chiesto dei soldi per un pranzo. Cosa assurda dato che avevo la pensione completa.dopo 20 minuti di attesa hanno capito che era un errore e mi hanno fatto andare via. Rischiando anche di perdere il mio transfer. Quindi la struttura la consiglio ma il ristorante è pessimo. Non hanno fiducia nel cliente

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, allerdings können wir die vielen super Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Besonders für Kinder wird nur die kostenpflichtige Betreuung angeboten. Das Kinderbecken befindet sich nicht am Hauptpool, sondern am Lazy River und ist sehr klein. Der Pool selber hat durchgehend eine Tiefe von 1,60m. Nur an den Stufen, die ins Becken führen, können Kinder stehen. Es darf nirgends in den Pool gesprungen werden. Der Pool, ein Infinity Pool, hat sonst einen schönen Blick. Allerdings fehlen überall Mosaikfliesen. Der Beton um den Pool, bis hin zum Hotel, ist nicht mehr sehr ansehnlich. Der Lazy River ist wirklich seeehr langsam. Aber leider gibt es hier meist nicht genügend Schwimmreifen. Die Liegen und Handtücher am Pool und Strand sind kostenlos. Aber auch hier etliche Auflagen rissig, und Handtücher löchrig. Der Strand ist kein feiner Sandstrand, sondern kiesig. Im Wasser gibt es viele kleine Steine, so dass man vorsichtig rein gehen muss. Das W-LAN gibt es, aber wir hatten tageweise kein Internetzugang. Wer darauf angewiesen ist, könnte hier Probleme bekommen. Das Essen ist ok. Aber nach einer Woche doch recht wenig abwechslungsreich. Viel arabische Speisen, kein Kinderbuffet. Insgesamt sind die Getränke sehr teuer. Am Pool für eine 0,5 l Flasche Wasser 35 AED ( ca. 8,50€). Im Restaurant: Softdrink 0,2 l 25 AED (ca. 6€), Bier 0,5 l oder 150 ml Wein 50AED (12,50€). Insgesamt ist Dubai aber auch kein günstiges Urlaubsland. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
