Nice, comfortabel resort, great location
Nice stay, due to COVID unfortunately with limited services. Minibar empty, less restaurants in service but it is to understand. The staff was very friendly and helpful and still there was more than enough to make it a mémorable stay.

The room floor was dirty and the linen was old. Additionally, the soap dish was empty, had no hair conditioner and was not refilled after 4 days. Also when I asked for slippers they brought them to the wrong room.

Nice beach resort. Lovely small beach and several restaurants overlooking the beach/sea. Various other restaurants/shops within walking distance including large supermarket opposite. Rooms in small ‘villa’ type buildings. My room disappointing small and no view but was cheapest one.

Service was amazing!!! all of the staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever experienced. Grounds and amenities are beautiful and this place is an oasis compared to the busy city. Minor points, there is a large mosque nearby and morning prayers woke us up at 5:30am for the 1st to nights. Our room had a large wardrobe but no chest of drawers for our cloths.

It was very good for relax and spending most of your time at the resort. We booked junior suite and we expected to find big fridge and microwave in the suite, but we found small and non-cold fridge, and we didn’t find a microwave. We asked the resort to provide our expectations, but they don’t.

The Beach and the staff at Breakfast specially Baskii at the door / she was very helpful and also the waiters at breakfast was very professional. The only negative is in the evening specially the weekend it’s like a nightclub outside the main door which for family as a Muslim was not good. Parking was an issues because of the parties at the weekend.

The rooms are run down. Water pressure is terrible, bathroom soap dishes are chipped, housekeeping does not pay attention to detail. Rooms are large though and perhaps the beach area and pool are of interest to some (I did not visit them).

Very pleasant resort hotel with pools, beach and watersports. Beach bar is expensive but pleasant, although bar service around the sunbeds was little to none. The hotel grounds are very pleasant with tree-lined walkways to the villas. The hotel has weddings and functions which is to be expected but unfortunately some guests are very noisy when returning to their rooms after midnight. I think the best feature of the hotel is the excellent service of Seariders watersports. First rate.

Service Issues and Operational Inefficiencies
This was my second time staying here, and since COVID the service and condition has gone down a lot. The room had a lot of issue - the tub wasn’t draining, the sink faucet was broken, and the floors were filthy/not cleaned. The service at breakfast was poor - the food was a mess, tables were dirty, and staff were not able to meet the number of clients that were trying to manage breakfast. I tried to take breakfast with me to go sit outside near the pools since there was no room and no clean tables near breakfast, and the server yelled at me to leave my food and my only option was for me to do room service. I also had a 20% off of food and beverages for my stay, and the server at the pool didn’t give me the discount and when I told her afterwards she took about 1hr to verify with front desk and then told me I only had 15% off of beverages. At this point, I was exhausted to show her my hotels.com invoice that listed I got 20% off and by the time I checked out it was 4AM and I needed to get to the airport so I couldn’t ask for a partial refund for my stay. I’m sorry this has happened to the resort, because I loved my first stay but after this one I won’t go back.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und freundliche Bedienung. Das Internet funktionierte nicht einwandfrei und jeden Tag war Baulärm zu hören. Eher in die Jahre gekommen. Das Gym war gut und eine schöne Parkanlage mit den nur 2 stöckige. Häusern.

The property really does not deserve the 4.5 stars it has. The sheets were old, the plugs in my room were faulty, the bath tub stopper was stuck, I found myself showering ankle deep in water. I am so disappointing and I will never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone, easily the worst of the 4 hotels I have stayed in Dubai.

Quiet peaceful break
Relaxing five night break during the off-season (late August). The resort was extremely quiet adding to the anticipated relaxation but still with the vast majority of restaurants etc open. If you don't mind the higher temperatures and want a nice quiet relaxing break in Dubai then this is well worth it.
