wij hebben 8 dagen door gedraag in die hotel geen probleem alles was goed ontbijt was super .een minpunt de handdoeken werden niet elke dag gewisseld . ik moest elke keer er om gaan vragen. en de kamer werd schoongemaakt in aanwezigheid van ons daar voor of daar na had hij geen tijd dat was heel erg irritant .voor de rest was het super .meena bazaar was op loop af stand

Excelent no frills basic clean hotel with out unnecessary luxuries. Basic breakfast included. Short walk to Burjum,an interchange metro station allow access to most sights of Dubai. Also area around Sharaf DG metro station has many shops and restaurants. Only criticism of room was that shower not provided wif door or curtain, consequently floor was always wet after use

We like the location of the hotel. It is very close to Mena Bazar an old souk. 10 Mins walk from Dubai Creek. You can take a 5-minute boat ride to go to the other side and another 5 minutes to the world-famous gold souk. Overall, from the hotel to all the old Dubai attractions is pretty close. If you would like Asian food, this would be your haven. There are so many restaurants around this hotel that are open 24/7.

A comfortable, modern, clean and good value hotel in Bur Dubai, close to restaurants, shops and the metro. Staff were very helpful. I recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay stay in an older central part of Dubai without the cost and glitz.

The hotel is quite nice inside and staff is friendly and helpful. They even extended my check-out time one hour as I had to catch a late flight at night once I left and helped keeping my suitcase after checkout. On the negative side: 1) the area is nothing special, and I got to pay a rate that was relatively high (for the same money, I got a hotel close to Dubai Marina just on the few days before my stay in Bur Dubai); 2) the room was facing on a construction site just next to the hotel, so the view was absolutely horrible; 3) even though the hotel is on a very quiet street, there is noise coming from the temple for the prayers at 5:30 am; 4) rooms on the first floor are so close to the lobby and to the restaurant that at night you can hear all the conversations in the lobby, in addition than the noise from the restaurant in the very early morning when they are setting things up for breakfast; 5) the drain of the shower of my room was quite slow, so if I showered for more than 4-5 minutes I ended up flooding the entire bathroom. Despite the few issues, it was overall good.

The property was clean and all, but no services to help get luggages and the automatic door did not work so you have to pull your luggages with no help and still open the heavy door to walk through. Also limited transportation in this area.It took me me over an hour to catch a taxi in the very hot, humid and sunny weather. I was trying to get to gold souk. The hotel can arrange taxis, however, a booked taxi is more expensive than getting the taxi in the local yourself.

Great place to stay at
The staff are really great. Always ready to help. Whatever you ask, this hotel has it (dental kit, shaving kit etc.) Which even 5 star hotels save money on these days. It is many small things that make things better overall. Rooms are great, bright with temprature control etc. One improvement in my view is breakfast. It was a let down.

Staff and service needs an improvement like keeping 2 towels when 2 travellers are staying. Keeping hand towel set rather on demand. Reservation pax was courteous to fit in all the needs, thanks for that. Major issue was hot water which was very unstable as it was either very hot or very cold, mixed seems not working. Aircon vent option was making my room chill at 21 degree Celsius. :((
