Goed hotel, veilig gevoel.
Bij aankomst bleek er een verkeerde kamer te zijn!? Dit is door de manager perfect opgelost. Nette kamer, alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. Bij de receptie netjes een overzicht van restaurant waar je korting kunt krijgen op vertoon van deurkaartje 👍

All staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room and lobby were clean, and the room was extremely spacious. Lots of parking available and felt very safe. There is also a mall in the attaching parking lot.

Lots of food options. Pizza Hut is literally in the same lot. Sits right next to a huge mall. Only gave it 4 stars because Hilton has terrible ACs that shut off and leave the room stuffy at night. Other than that, place was good!

Don’t Waste Your Time - Stay Elsewhere
The A/C is blocked (can’t override either) to stop at 66; the 66 is closer to a steamy 74. The toilets run all night. The walls are paper thin (the point I could tell you the couple in the room besides us pillow talk both nights of our stay). And there is such thing as too much cleaning supplies being used; the smell was overwhelming at first, you would get used to it except for those with allergies and any time you re-enter the room you are greeted with the overwhelming odor of lemon cleaner. The beds are rock hard, and the cleanliness of the mirror / tub / surfaces in the room is lacking with little messages of “Paul was here” etched with a greasy finger everywhere he could have left his mark. Definitely recommend picking the Fairfield, Comfort Suites, or Holiday Inn express for the extra $20-30 a night.. well worth the extra expense.

Advertise Hot Tub, but shut down, and covered up.
Checked off search when booking this hotel, for one with a Hot Tub because my back has been bothering me. This hotel is one that came up and because it was a Hampton, (Hilton) thought it would be a good choice. Was really disappointed when it was closed up, and not working both days I was there. When they advertise an amenity to get someone to come stay at their hotel, it should be there, and working.

Hotel was clean but they had terrible service. We were forced to use dirty towels because they said they had none or were in the dryer, could not bring us any because they did not have enough staff and we would need to come back to get them but they never contacted us to tell us when available. Had to go to desk and ask for coffee but told they only had a few and housekeeping kept them locked up. At breakfast they kept running out of food and it felt like they were rationing it. The hot tub was broke all weekend and the pool was cold. Cleaners grabbed garbage, towels but did not replace towels or coffee and did not make the beds. This was not the caliber of what we expect from a Hampton Inn. This was a terribly run Hampton. We had two rooms at almost $200 each per night. When I tried to complain, I was told no manager available and the young girl at the desk could not even apologize. What a mess!!

We were in town for Groundhog Day and the hotel staff went above and beyond. The night before they set up a hearty and warm dinner. The morning of - at 3am! - they set out individual breakfast bags with a bottle of water since they knew many of the guests would be heading to Gobbler's Knob very early and would miss regular breakfast hours. We so appreciated the extra special hospitality that made our stay memorable.

This hotel when we checked in, they didn’t even have a key card, she said for any of the rooms so she had to walk us to our room and let us in. Which meant if we would both leave, we would have to have them check us back in. To me that is not acceptable. Directly in the front entrance there was a big party going on and people standing in conveniently in our path over to the check-in. Also, the breakfast condiments were lousy.

I hated the false alarm with the staff screaming evacuate at 9:30 pm. I hated waiting in the car for 45 min without any information as to what was happening. I hated that staff did not assure anyone about safe return to rooms without being asked.
