This listing is for one of two homes on eight acres. When renting the home, you have exclusive access to the lower half of the property. This includes the garden, the fire pit, and the pool/spa. (Pool is unheated; spa is heated.) The hosts split their time between the ranch & Austin. They may be onsite in the house next door.

As you drive the winding roads, you'll weave around to find a hill country oasis far away from any worries. Nestled deep in the oak trees outside Driftwood, a calm peacefulness welcomes all at Olinca Ranch. Olinca Ranch - where the sun sets to find the bright stars, with no light pollution or a neighbor in sight! Ahhh, the country sounds of whippoorwill's, crickets, and cicadas encompasses you. Take a deep breath and relax! Enjoy the 40 foot modern pool during the day and the heated spa under the moonlight. Exchange stories around the fire pit with a nice glass of red from one of the local wineries. Watch a sunset from the front porch or relax and smoke a cigar in the covered back porch with an evening Old Fashioned. Whatever you decide, you'll find serenity and depart with warm memories.

Guests will have exclusive use to the pool, garden, fire pit, yard and pool toys in the barn. Park in the gravel parking lot - do NOT drive through the rock wall entrance to the garden.

The property owners may be on site in the main house. If you desire total seclusion, please request or message us to see if it can be accommodated.
