'Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.'

'Good example of a new hotel that can meat international standards and deserves to be recommende for this reason. We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon cottages and these are of excellent quality. The food is excellent as well, and the hotel is well managed. Munnar is also a very attractive location to visit.'

'Geweldig en nieuw hotel - slechts 1 jaar oud. Moderne kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed eten in restaurant en geweldig personeel. Let wel, alcohol in de bar is nogal prijzig. Kan over de locatie weinig zeggen; wij waren er alleen een enkele nacht op doorreis. '

'All was good. Food was amazing'

'The views were spectacular, the food was amazing, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful.'

' This is the worst property I have ever encountered. It has a musty odor, mould growing on the curtains and fixtures, and the staff are unprofessional. I strongly advise people to avoid this property— the living conditions are completely unsafe'

'The staff was very friendly. It was a really warm welcome and a pleasant stay. Felt cozy and like home. My entire family loved it.'

'Great Experience'

'It was amazing, we got a room with excellent view. The staff were very nice and the manager was also very friendly. They even gave medicine for one of my friend who was ill. Overall loved the stay and the staff .'

'Not friendly towards old folks.'

'Ein tolles kleines Hotel, das geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, die Dachterrasse hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Beim Personal und Frühstück gibt es noch einiges anPotenzial nach oben. '

'AVOID..I will give this place negative ratings if it’s an option. It’s the filthiest place I ever checked into. The rooms smell moldy. Bed sheets had stains. Their photos are totally misleading. Most of the reviews are fake. I immediately asked the receptionist to cancel the booking and asked for a full or partial refund. They asked me cancel via Expedia and they will refund. I did the same but they informed the Expedia agent they won’t give any refunds.'
