« Chech-in at the bar was simple and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The location was very good as it is a short distance to the city centre, hence quick to get around on foot. The on-site food and drink menu were fairly good and well worth a try. I can highly recommend the accommodation. »

Our rom location meant we could hear loud noise coming from outside the building, but you could hardly hear it if the windows were shut. « The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

« We had a really lovely stay here! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and you truly can’t beat the location — right in the heart of York. A couple of small things to note: parking can be tricky (we used Clifford Tower car park, which is a bit pricey), the WiFi didn’t quite reach every corner of the apartment, and the balcony view isn’t much to look at.
