On balmy summer evenings, you can watch the fireflies or simply gaze up at the stars. Many animals live in the area, such as the red kite, which circles the property during the day. With a little luck, you might spot a kingfisher from the bridge. The property offers its own unique charms in every season. In a completely secluded location, far away from the stress of everyday life, you’ll find the Kleine Mühle (a former watermill). This historic building is located right on the Dahme Bike Trail. From here, you can set out on great excursions or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation in peace. It’s about 26 km to Lübben/Spreewald, about 60 km to Berlin, about a 1-hour drive to Potsdam, and about 1.26 hours to Dresden. The Dahme Bike Trail connects to other bike trails. Right from the Kleine Mühle, you can embark on extended bike trips along the well-developed network of bike trails.

The owners live on the right side of the house. The “Kleine Mühle 1” vacation rental could become your next vacation home. The approximately 75 m² vacation apartment has been extensively renovated and lovingly furnished. The rental property is a smoke-free home. Even on hot summer days, the rooms remain pleasantly cool. The apartment, which is otherwise barrier-free, is accessible via a small covered entrance staircase. You’ll find an entryway with a coat rack, including a shoe rack and coat hangers, a mirror, and an umbrella stand. To the right of the hallway is the spacious, bright, and comfortably furnished living room with a tiled stove (currently used for decoration). This room features a modern corner couch with an ottoman and footstool (so everyone can put their feet up and relax), a large flat-screen TV, and a separate dining area. The smaller antique sideboard contains board games, and the display cabinet holds glasses, collectible cups, bowls, and serving dishes. The cozy bedroom, located next to the living room, features a double bed measuring 190 x 200 cm, complete with high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames in two different firmness levels. This room also features a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. It is equipped with extra blankets and hangers. Two nightstands with lighting, two small modern armchairs, and a writing or vanity table with lighting and a makeup mirror, as well as decorative items and various books, complete this living space. Both living areas feature click vinyl flooring. Underfloor heating is installed in all living areas. The bedroom has direct access to the chic shower room. There you’ll find a floor-to-ceiling corner shower (100 x 100 x 195 cm) with a shelf and a modern overhead showerhead. The stylish vanity features two large pull-out drawers. The spacious, lighted mirror cabinet provides additional storage space. The chic toilet features an automatically lowering seat. A hair dryer is, of course, included. The kitchen is accessible from both the entryway and the bathroom. It is equipped with a modern and functional country-style kitchen. Built-in appliances include an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and a range hood. The kitchen has a separate sink and a small table by the window with two small chairs. Here you can chop vegetables for a salad or enjoy your coffee or tea. The kitchen also features a freestanding fridge-freezer, microwave oven, stove with oven, range hood, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, smoothie maker, and radio. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a tray, cutting boards, and glasses, as well as other kitchen accessories. The floors in the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom are tiled. The owners have furnished the apartment generously and with care so that you can feel right at home. The linen package includes bed linens for 2 people, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 3 bath mats, 2 dish towels, and cleaning cloths, as well as basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. A parking space is provided free of charge. Guests may use the Mediterranean-style furnished terrace in front of the vacation rental as well as the area by the lilac bush. Additionally, 2 lounge chairs, 1 umbrella, and a grill are available upon request. The renter will receive 1 house key for the duration of the rental period. The vacation home is designed for a maximum of 2 people with a toddler (upon request). A dog may be allowed upon request. The minimum stay is 3 days. The one-time laundry package costs 45 euros for 2 people, and a fee of 55 euros is due for final cleaning. Please note that additional utility costs based on consumption
