'The apartment was nice but I did have a few issues during my stay, first we didn’t have any heat for the whole 48 hours. I was told that maintenance will be there in the next 24-48 hours and they didn’t show up until 20 minutes of us about to check out for the day . another issue was the water you legit only have 10 mins to wash up with hot water before it turns freezing cold . The bed was also hard as a rock . And you can hear the other people that are living there come thru doors the walls are...

'While the apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was horrendous. Prior to booking, I messaged the host about a 4:00 pm check-in due to an event my family needed to attend at 5:00. The host agreed, but on the day of check-in, the host said she wasn't sure she could accommodate and ghosted us until 4:55, when she finally sent the code for the door.
