Μaisonette Mary

The villa is located in the settlement of Paleos Agios Athanasios, just 1,200 meters away. The central square of the village is within a short 5-minute walk, approximately 400 meters away. Additionally, it's only 16 km away from the Kaimaktsalan ski resort in Mount Voras/Kaimaktsalan and about 45 minutes away from Pozar Baths. The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests, with 2 guests in the attic, 2 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room, and 2 on the ground floor.
The space
Experience a wonderful three-story traditional maisonette that can accommodate up to 7 guests! Stone and wood prevail both inside and outside the house. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa bed that can be transformed into a cozy double bed according to your needs, and an autonomous bathroom. On the first floor, there is a living room with a single sofa and a traditional stone-built fireplace, as well as a closed courtyard where you can enjoy moments of relaxation while admiring the snow. The wooden traditional staircase leads you to the second floor where the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom is located. A little higher up, using the wooden staircase, you will find the attic where there is another double bed. This fully equipped maisonette is located in the heart of the village, and the host, Dimos, is very hospitable and willing to serve you.
Guest access
To reach the accommodation, take the village's peripheral road. Alternatively, you can park your car at Lithos Hotel, which is only 10 meters away from the accommodation, and walk from there to the back of the hotel.
Other things to note
We offer private parking within the premises that can accommodate up to three family-sized cars. The entire house is at your disposal during your stay. Kindly inform us in advance about your plans to use the fireplace and how often you intend to use it, so we can supply you with the required amount of firewood. Please let us know in a timely manner if possible.
