'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'

'The location was great.'

'My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. It was just okay as it is a terribly old hotel that has not been maintained. Wallpaper was stapled back up and all doors were scratched up so horribly that one would think a horrible fight or something happened. The beds themselves actually felt and looked vbery clean but everything else was just kinda "icky". It was fine for one night but I defintiely wouldn't want to stay longer. Exterior of building is very messy, dirty, unkept as well which...

'We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...

'The beds were very comfortable but the 2nd queen bed was close to the air unit and we got cold throughout the night when the ac cooled the room. The room and bathroom were clean. I missed having a coffee maker. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear each step the guests above us made all night. The front desk was very helpful throughout our 2 night stay. The weekend rate was over priced.'

'Breakfast was not okay, just some wrapped items and terrible instant coffee. Hotel/rooms/staff/parking were good though... '

'Conveniently located in Cherokee across from Harrahs Casino. The pool and hot tub are outside. Their property in Bryson City has an indoor pool & hot tub. It’s a nice hotel and I enjoyed staying there'

'Rustig fijn motel, nette kamers comfortabele bedden! Wat ik wel miste was een föhn heeft er wel gehangen maar miste. Raam kon niet open waardoor de airco in de nacht aan moest!'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Een leuke eenvoudige accommodatie die centraal gelegen is.'
