'Everything was good'

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. 'Exquisite hotel.'

'The staff was threatening me'

'We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!'

'The owners were so kind and attentive, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful! Delicious food, gorgeous mountain air, and the horses were adorable. Thank you for having us!'

The hotel was clean, modern, and nicely updated, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the water was nice and warm, making it a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the wonderful staff managing the breakfast area. They were extremely...

They should have just closed the workout room because the walk to it was cluttered with loose drywall, trash and it was definitely under construction. I couldn’t find the workout room and had to ask a man who was working on a room for directions. After walking through another hall and up and down stairs we...
