« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « A beautiful, peaceful retreat surrounded by trees and wildflowers. And birdsong. Super comfy bed, immaculate bathrooms and kitchen, and THE BEST hot tub ever. Took a lovely hike up the mountain and through the woods, marveled at the immensity of some of the homes under construction, picked some flowers and had a great burger down at the resort. »

« Our stay was really pleasant. We had enough room and it was very comfortable.When we arrived the kitchen counter was a bit dirty. The TV downstairs did not allow us very many options for watching. It wasn’t the end of the world but would have been nice if it was fully functioning. Our host was not responsive leading up to our stay but once she was back in cell service she was very responsive, kind and helpful. »
