'This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak...

'Conveniently located on Beijing Road. Steps away from the shopping area and metro. Property was new, well maintained and very clean - we saw cleaning robots working around the prooerty all the time! Room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful skyline view of Guangzhou. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we visit next time.'

'The staff was very kind and went out and beyond to help me, something I will never forget. The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, rooms big enough and the transportation to the canton fair was very convenient as well as the self laundry service.'

'The hotel is small but offers most of the facilities and services you would need. They provide complimentary afternoon tea and light evening snacks. The front desk also has thoughtful extras available, such as bandages, alcohol pads, nail clippers, and even treats like ice cream cones and popsicles. The hallway is quite long, but the hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, we appreciated the thoughtful touches and helpful...

'We had a lovely stay, made even better by the wonderful service from 小源 and her teammate 阿辉! A special thank you to 小源, who helped us check in and arranged a nice unit with a beautiful view of Canton Tower. She was incredibly sweet, attentive and efficient. She also kindly helped me arrange a parcel return and responded promptly to all my WeChat messages, getting everything sorted out on the very same day. Her willingness to go the extra mile was truly appreciated! A big thank you to 阿辉 as...
