A beautiful location for a retreat, in this family and pet friendly environment. The farm itself is 4th generation owned and run, with livestock on the farm and wonderful walks right on your doorstep. Around the accommodation itself is a games room and also a large grass area to enjoy with a communal BBQ area. Sitting just 2 miles away is the fabulous Idle Valley Nature Reserve, one of the richest birding sites, with a great shop and café on site. It is one of the largest reserves in the East Midlands, and has wheelchair and pushchair accessible routes. Doncaster Racecourse, just 13 miles away, has one of the finest courses in Europe and has the best horse racing Yorkshire has to offer. Or why not venture to Bawtry Golf Course (8 miles), with a great all season offering.

The property sits in a row of self-catering studio apartments and is entered from the front of the property. Walking in, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. After a busy day exploring, relax on the comfortable sofas in the living space whilst watching the Smart TV. Completing the apartment is the comfortable bedroom, which can be made up as a super king-size or as two single beds.

Outside, there is an enclosed patio area to the front of the cottage for you to relax and enjoy, along with lots of communal spaces to make the most of. With a large, grassed area, BBQ and a fabulous games room, offering a full-sized snooker table, table tennis, board games and a very extensive library.
