'We've stayed at this hotel chain before and generally had much better experiences. The rooms themselves were nice, and the pillows were particularly comfortable, which is always a plus. However, our stay was marred by a significant disappointment regarding our room reservation. We specifically booked a suite with two queen beds and a bathtub, as this was important for an older member of our party. Instead, we were given a suite with two full beds and a shower. 'Staff were just wonderful. Thoughtful and pleasant. The room furnishings (except for the shower curtain) looked brand new and contemporary. TV and AC were awesome. The only down side to this property is everything outside the room! The exterior of the building and the hallways looked run down and old. Location is not the best part of town. Maybe a little bit pricey for what you get but once you're in the room, everything is great.'

'This could be a good place to stay but our room had a dirty floor and a tv that wasn’t getting any channels. We had to be brought a different remote and sign into our Netflix to watch anything. There is too much stuff laying around the property giving it an unkempt appearance. Staff is nice and helpful. The mattress is the worst. It’s like laying on a concrete slab. Terribly uncomfortable. It is quiet here which is a plus.'
