'great hotel and great service, everything is perfect.'

'O hotel é incrível, você se sentirá em casa. Tudo lindo desde da decoração bem pensada ao paisagismo. Quero agradecer as proprietárias Megan e Kelly que foram super atenciosas a um solicitação do meu checkin. Agora a parte que mais me encantou foram as duas funcionárias Leena e Zanele, que foram impecáveis no atendimento, fora a energia gostosa que eles transmitem. ❤️'

'Prima locatie in prima buurt. '

'Mooi hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Rondom het hotel is niet zo veel te beleven. Het is er wel lekker rustig.'

'Super mooi hotel In Griekse style. Frisse ruime kamers. “Mama mia gevoel” Super vriendelijk personeel Aanrader!'

'Place could easily be a 7 or 8 if staff put in effort. Room was advertised as having air-conditioning, a fan, shampoo and shower gel. It had none of those and at times got very hot. Each day I had to ask for more towels and on one occasion I had to ration toilet paper because they had none. 'When in Joburg, the Parkwood in Rosepark is a sanctuary of relaxation and luxury. John Paul makes you feel welcome and pampered and the suites are large, well appointed and more than comfortable for relaxing and sleeping when on property. So much better than much larger chain hotels throughout Joburg. Location and luxury make the Parkwood our top option. '

'Big and clean room'

'I didn't stay at this property, my child made a reservation by mistake, I sent to the property the man at the front desk told me I could gets refund if I called Expedia. They reached out to the property no one responded so I am waiting for my refund'

'Great place, money worth!'

'To be honest first thing that I love the most is that the owner is so friendly and approachable, and the property is at a quite and safe place , and if you love arts like me then La Casa Blanca is the place to be , and the cleanliness is just at the top notch '

'Disgusting. Despite giving them the booking reference ID, the confirmation and the paid receipt, they claimed we had no booking. After almost an hour trying to get them to resolve it, we left to get another hotel. Contacted Expedia in real time - equally worthless. Promised to get a refund. None has happened.'

'Not good at all I paid when I arrived they said I paid to the wrong person and they cannot help me unless if a repay and the place was traumatised is a prostituted area is not for kids I was pissed '
