The house comprises a kitchen, a living room with a sitting area, three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with double beds), a shower room, and a separate WC. Electric heating is provided. The property includes a 3000 m² semi-enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Linen, gas, and water are included. Towels are available for €10 per person per change, and bed linen for €15 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €40. Electric heating is charged at a maximum of €84 per week (actual consumption will be charged if less). Baby equipment includes a cot, a high chair, a baby bath, and a changing mat. This holiday cottage is located 13 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, in a very quiet but not isolated semi-wooded area, about 2 km from the Dordogne River. The house stays cool even in summer. It offers breathtaking views of the fortified town of Domme and, further afield, the Château de Beynac.
