The hotel lobby shows luxury welcome. The staff were very polite and friendly specially with the special welcome to my 2 years daughter. The rooms were tightly clean and large. The pool man was always supporting my daughter to swim and always offering baby life jackets. I totally recommend this modern techno hotel. Special THANKS to Miss Anna Hill.

Nice hotel, modern, but there was a problem with the staff, you need to tell them everything twice and as a VIP member, I was entitled to a discount on food and beverages which I didn’t get, I have contacted the hotel without success.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. During my stay, I had the opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and I was blown away by the quality of the food. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant.The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. Whether relaxing by the pool, working out in the fitness center, or indulging in a spa treatment, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Some of the staff were friendly, mainly the maid service and the pool and spa areas. Reception wasn’t too great and check in was messy which was a shame as we got in at 2am and just wanted to sleep. Concierge were not very friendly. Tonny on reception was great though. Pool was gorgeous and so was the spa area. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on restaurants. There seemed to be an air towards the hotel catering to the richer clients which made us feel a little out of place
