« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Nice big room since we needed a pullout couch also. LOVED the 2nd sink. That was such an amazing feature. So often when we travel we wish the sink was at least outside the bathroom, but to have two was fantastic with multiple girls getting ready. Staff were all so friendly and so nice to have bellmen take load/unload luggage from car and into the room. We always love staying at the Chateau. Dance convention this time but we've enjoyed staying there just for fun also. The movie theatre is always...

« Good location. Unpretentious room. What shines most brightly at the Ozarker is the staff. Each person I engaged with — from the manager to barista/bartender to housekeeping — was warm, helpful, and clearly wanted me to have an enjoyable time in their community. People actually use the lobby area for games and conversation. Hospitality and community ties are clearly important to this locally-owned establishment. »

« Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming at check in. We appreciate the check in text mid-stay, and check out was even easier. The rooms were very clean and AC/heat units worked really well. Overall, very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely return and recommend to family in the future. »

Dan had EVERYTHING we needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soft fluffy towels, toilet paper, paper towels, k- cups, coffee fixing, dishwasher pods, handsoap, you name it, he had it. We will definitely be back! »

« The overall stay was amazing. The kids loved playing in the pool and they also provided some swimming toys which was really helpful. The rooms are big enough for two adults and three kids without feeling on top of one another. They provide a range of pots and pans to cook with, microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge with a freezer which is big enough for a few things. The beds were comfortable for the most part I just like softer beds, to me personally they were a little too firm. »
