'The property is near to the airport and affordable. Good for long transits. When I arrived I had difficulty gaining entry with the code provided as the keypad would not activate. (Another guest let me in.) The room was decent but could use a fresh coat of paint, scuffs and marks on the wall. There was cobwebs on the ceiling near the window and a piece of the window covering fell down when I went to close the blinds. For tall guests careful in the washroom as the low hanging towel rack is just...

'Perfect location.
Across the street from a major transport hub where you can take a bus / metro / shinkansen etc to wherever you want to go. There is no traffic noise in the hotel and with a pedestrian overpass you never even have to cross the street to get there.
Shopping: three different malls within one block of the hotel (Global Mall / Mega City and Far Eastern). Everything from high-end brands to hawker stalls are within easy reach.

'Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel.
Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room.
Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that.'
