'The hotel is at a good location. Convenient places for a shopping, eating and sightseeing. Need to change room because the noises from the KTV at 1am plus. Another downside is not from the hotel, but from Expedia which charges DOUBLE the prices online vs the hotel online prices.'

'The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids.'

'The hotel has a convenient location, and most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever needed.
However, the room felt quite dated, and the lighting inside was rather dim. Since it was very humid during the summer, I was surprised that there was no dehumidifier in the room. Unfortunately, I noticed some mold spots on the pillowcase, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness.'

'这个酒店的職员服务态度十分好，可以给100分！
他们（包括男生女生）都能依据客人的需求，提供恊助，有时超出期望。比如轉换房間，late check out 等等。
早餐比较简单，但是非常到位，十分的適合我們。
位置有一点不近地鉄，但是如果驾车或者打车，十分方便。'
