Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift) of a quiet, secure residence, it comprises a pretty 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining table.
- A semi-open-plan kitchen equipped with: filter coffee maker, Nespresso pod coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and direct access to the north-facing terrace
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- Separate WC

Outside:
- There are two balconies. A first balcony with direct access from the west-facing living room. A second balcony from the north-facing bedroom. A table and 4 chairs are available to make the most of these balconies.

When it comes to restaurants, the choice is yours: classic brasserie, fish, vegetarian, crêperie... You're sure to love it!

And all without having to take your car, as the heart of the village is just 400 metres away on foot.

The centre of Dinard can be reached in less than 20 minutes on foot for those with a "classic" walking pace. If you wish, you can even take the GR 34 at the end of the Saint-Enogat beach to reach the lock beach.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle in the private overhead car park located just down the road from the residence.
