This Keystone vacation rental is within walking distance of the slopes and includes access to a fitness room, multiple hot tubs, and a community pool for an active getaway with family or your loved one.

This condo sits is in the base village of Keystone Resort and is within walking distance of the River Run Gondola, rental and retail shops, and various eateries including the Kickapoo Tavern. Guests may park their car in the secure underground parking structure (no shoveling snow for you!), and ride the elevator up to the their third-floor unit.

Done in modern furnishings with a Southwestern/Navajo-inspired palette, the decor gives the condo a bright, lively air. Amenities include cable on the flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and WiFi.

Though you are close to plenty of eating options, dining in is equally enjoyable and convenient with a fully stocked kitchen. This quaint nook with blonde wood cabinets and white appliances packs a punch with an espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, and slow cooker.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep four people maximum. Given the close quarters, this home is best for a family, a couple, or a pair of close friends.

The complex supplies guests with plenty of amenities, including a shared laundry room, three hot tubs, and a pool table in the lobby. The neighboring complex, Dakota Lodge, has a pool that you are welcome to use as well as two more hot tubs!

Couples enjoying a romantic getaway will find plenty of interesting activities including ice skating, spa treatments, scenic sleigh rides with dinner provided, or night skiing. Families will also find great family-friendly fun, from 80's Tubing Night to Kidtopia's Ultimate Snow Fort and arts and crafts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I had to clean feces off the toilet seat. Used towels were piled on the bathroom floor. The Vacasa phone agent could not tell me where the parking garage was ( it is under a different building). The agent said I had to register the car for parking, but did not know where to regester. She called later to say the parking pass might be in the condo, which it was. None of the 3 hot tubs worked properly the first half of the week. 2 of them worked the second half of the week.

Great location

Nice place with great amenities. Comfortable and perfect location for skiing. Check out instructions ask to turn down the thermostat and make sure all lights are off. On our visit the refrigerator was also turned off and we did not realize this until the next morning after our check in when some of our food items thawed in the freezer and some dairy products were no good. Just check the fridge to make sure it’s on. The inside thermostat was off. Still a great place. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Conveniently located to the River Run gondola

This is a simple condo with adequate space and accommodation for two adults or maybe two adults and a kid who doesn’t mind a sofa bed. There are not any accessible amenities aside from the ski lockers. Everything else is closed. Also if you are Covid concerned find another building because most people don’t wear masks when hanging out in the common area.

close to the slopes

we stayed here to be in walking distance from the slops, it was very convenient. try to bring your own food/groceries. the restaurants nearby are overpriced and have awful service.

Great location

Easy check in! Nice hot tub, ski lockers, fireplace. Well stocked kitchen. Love the fondue dinner at top of mountain! 30 minutes to Breckinridge as well.

Nice place, great access to slopes

Pros: Clean, Easy Check in/Check out, great access to gondola and shops, good selection of kitchen wares. Cons: Thermostat issue? Even with it set at 56, it remained hot in room. Slept with windows cracked. Still recommended!!!

The condo was in a great location, but nothing special. The sink leaked and the mgmt group tried to help, but it was unclear who to call and who was doing what. The welcome directions were straight forward.

Great location, but too small for an extended stay

This very pleasant one-bedroom condo was very convenient to the slopes; however, since we stayed a full month, it was a bit small for the two of us. Its greatest limitation was the lack of closet space and way too small chest of drawers. All appliances worked well, but the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. We had great difficulty with the emailed directions provided by Vacasa regarding entry to the garage and lockbox, but this was clarified by text messaging from the local Vacasa representative. If you plan to go anywhere else during your stay, you need to time your departure to avoid the incoming traffic to the free River Run parking lot. The garage parking for the condo was fine, but you have to fight the incoming traffic for Keystone in the morning if you want to go out to Dillon, Silverthorne or Breckenridge. Also don't try to drive out when the lifts close (or even earlier than that on Sundays) to avoid the traffic leaving Keystone and/or returning to Denver.

The condo was exactly what you see in the pictures. Fully stocked with everything we needed for a quick trip to Keystone. The beds were comfortable and the location was great!

Cozy place and great location

We really loved this condo. Great location just 2 minutes to the gondola. Located in the center of River Run you have all the shops, bars, restaurants nearby. Condo really nicely equipped. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Highly recommended.

nice place but hot water isn't

The Combination of very low water pressure (15 minutes to fill bathtub), and hot water which wasn't hot, especially in the morning,detracted from this properties merit. Another problem is that the electric elements in the stove and the stove are not level and it's difficult to fry something in a pan. The unit is positioned such that one hears Conversation from people walking past on the ground level. Sometimes it's rather loud. Lastly, The rug could use shampooing. With the exception of the above issues I enjoyed my stay.

Nice location

Short walk to gondola. comfortable bed. and a pull out sofa. Unit is Suitable for 2 or 3 people. Ski lockers and 3 hot tubs were a nice bonus. Unfortunately when we were there the building had elevator issues causing us to hike up 3 flights of stairs to our unit more than once. Hopefully this was just a short term problem.

Great place to stay

What I loved: This property was conveniently close to many restaurants and stores at River Run Village. It's a beautiful resort and the rental is comfortable. The bed was nice. The furniture and appliances were good. I didn't use the fireplace because it was blazingly hot when I got there. Some suggestions: If you don't like the bustle of people and hiss of bus brakes right outside your window when you're trying to sleep, maybe look for a different spot. I stayed during the week and there were several nights when people were up making noise until 2 a.m. The noisy people and buses weren't a buzzkill for me. I just turned on some calm music and fell right to sleep. Also, if you stay during the summer, there is no air conditioning. Luckily I had a friend staying nearby at the Inn who recommended shutting all the blinds and opening all of the windows in the rental to keep it cool during the day. The wifi is spotty and isn't great for streaming Netflix but that was OK because I was much happier outside. Finally, the shower head...I know this sounds like I'm whining, but the shower head needs to be replaced. It's loud and spits violently. When you try to calm it down, it barely trickles. You can get decent shower heads on Amazon for cheap. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The beauty of the resort makes this property really shine.

Extremely convenient & perfect location

The condo is conveniently located across the street from the gondola for Keystone and only 5 miles from A-Basin, 15 miles from Copper, Loveland, & Breck. It's a great central location. There are also several nice restaurants located in the courtyard in front of the. Building, nice open air fire pits 3 hot tubs and a heated pool. The equipment lockers and heated garage parking are also a huge plus. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. I can't say enough about the facility. .
