  • Lake Dillon Condominiums 111 is een prachtig 1 slaapkamer, 2 badkamers appartement met plaat granieten toonbanken in de keuken en baden, houten vloeren, flatscreens overal en een prachtig overdekt terras. 6 slaapplaatsen. Loop naar het grasveld voor speel- of sneeuwplezier of spring op het Summit County Recreation-pad en wandel over de oever van het meer van Lake Dillon. Prachtig uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Comfortabele woonkamer met een flatscreen en gashaard. Granieten eetbar stoelen 4. Gratis wifi en kabel. Slaapkamer heeft 2 queensize bedden, bureau en flatscreen. QSS in de woonkamer gebruikt het complete halbad. Het terrasmeubilair biedt plaats aan 6 met een gedeelde gasgrill. Complex heeft gemeenschap hot tub, lift, pooltafel, darts en wasmachine / droger. Minder dan 5 minuten naar alle diensten zoals supermarkt, REI, Starbucks, ski / board verhuur, sportartikelen, restaurants, brouwerijen, nachtleven, parken, de Silverthorne Outlets en meer. Slechts 5 minuten naar Keystone, 15 minuten naar Copper Mountain of Arapahoe Basin, 20 minuten naar Breckenridge, 30 minuten naar Vail. In de zomer is het een gemakkelijke wandeling naar concerten in het Dillon Amphitheatre. Geniet van het grasveld voor het complex plus de beeldentuin bij het meer. It was a great location, we did not feel comfortable using hot tub and did our laundry at local laundry mat as people would do their laundry early in the days and leave it in the wash machine all night but laundry mat is close by.

Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen and other supplies needed, even some old movies to watch. Decor is somewhat dated, but fine. Bathrooms are clean and fine, but showing signs of wear and tear. At night living areas seemed a bit dark, even with the lights on.

It was very spacious and we did use the gas fireplace occasionally. The location couldn’t be better . As for improvement the furniture could be more comfortable for lounging and the mattresses need to be upgraded. That said, we loved Dillon and condo 111. Condo 111 had a well equipped kitchen and we used the gas grill for dinners. The beds although not horrible could use an upgrade.

The only complaints are the coffee pot needs, some of the pillows & hide a bed mattress needs to be replaced and screen door falls off the track easily. You can’t beat the view of gorgeous lake Dillon!

Condo with a VIEW!!!

Stunning view!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with it’s gorgeous view of Dillon Resevoir a few weeks ago! It was absolutely perfect in every way! The condo had everything we could have possibly wanted. The kitchen was updated. The beds were so comfortable! The patio table overlooking the lake was perfect for our morning coffee and evening meals! The bike/walking path is right out front. We took advantage of it and rode rented bikes all the way to Frisco and back! We WILL definitely return to this little piece of paradise!!!
