We have space for up to 8 people on 100 sqm, fully tiled, on 2 floors.in the holiday village Diemelsee, our holiday home family jewel awaits you in Diemelblick 21.on the entrance / upper floor you will find the spacious living / dining room with a cosy sitting area and TV.as well as a well-equipped kitchenette and dining group.through the window front you have a view of the Diemelsee.The roof terrace adjoining the kitchen offers another seating area in good weather with a great view of the Diemelsee.furthermore, there is a toilet on the upper floor.in the basement there are 3 bedrooms.two of them are equipped with modern box spring beds at 1.80mx2.00m and a wardrobe and TV.the third bedroom, our so-called children's room, awaits you with a bunk bed for 2 children and two stacking beds, which again offers space for 2 children. The large wellness bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and sauna. And a small utility room with washing machine and clothes horse.why family jewel? Because we try to fulfil the needs of families with children. Of course, everyone has different expectations, but basic needs should be met, including: child-safe sockets in all areas where children spend time, baby travel cot, high chair, step stool, stair protection roller blind, changing table, night light and baby monitor. A sandpit and slide in the garden, and colouring pencils and games in the house.

A 15 square metre roof terrace with lake view and seating for 8 people and a charcoal barbecue invite you to linger in the summer.another terrace in the basement with sandpit and slide, as well as a sun lounger.

Due to the hillside location of the house, care should be taken of the children in the garden. additional costs for desired services are to be paid in advance, as we allow contactless check-in.

Not far from the Diemelsee we welcome you.in the village Heringhausen there are three restaurants, the tourist information with Visionarium and affiliated indoor swimming pool.at the lake there is the possibility to rent a boat, to go on an excursion boat or to prove yourself in StandUP Paddling.(depending on the season)The beautiful newly built promenade leads you along the lake, which can be circumnavigated once by foot/cycle path.further hiking trails can be found in the immediate vicinity.grocery stores can be reached in Adorf, 7 km away.bakeries in Giebringshausen, 3 km away, or by bread taxi. In summer there is also a mobile baker's van in the village/holiday village.Willingen, Marsberg and Bad Arolsen are about 15 minutes away.Winterberg is a good 40 km away.
