'Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at.'

The electric outlets are so loose your charger does not stay in the wall you have to prop up the bottom of the charger with a book or glass to keep it from falling out of the socket. The light switches are in odd locations, for example to turn on the bathroom light you have to go to the far side of the room to a group of switches by the bedside and turn on all lights. The coffee offered in the room was nescafe packets. ...

'Extremely comfortable stay with gorgeous view of the mountains. Staff were very helpful. However, there was a large touring group in the hotel and our left luggage was mixed up with theirs and it was a mess. The baggage tag did not have the number of baggages and we had to drive back to collect one. Thank goodness that we remembered in time and didn’t drive far.'

'The staff were the high;ignition of this hotel. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort. For example, when I asked about an upgrade, they quickly upgraded my room to one of their “modern” rooms. Once I moved into this superb room my satisfaction was guaranteed. The included breakfast was small but very adequate with fresh juice, fruits, and many other local as well as western dishes. I really loved the coffee.'

'Wij waren een week in Kathmandu. Het Crowne Plaza hotel ligt op een afgescheiden ommuurde eigen terrein, wat een oase van rust opleverde in een anders zeer chaotische stad. Lekker om een beetje bij te komen. Het hotel heeft een aantal prima restaurants. De kwalitiet, maar ook de prijzen daar zijn wel gewoon ' westers'. De service is uitstekend. Iedereen is zeer beleefd en behulpzaam. Bellen voor ons voor excursies, herbervestiging bij de vliegtuigmaatschappij en dergelijke was geen enkele...
