The unit is on the ground floor of a 3 storied house with a sprawling garden, two spacious, adjoining bedrooms, a restaurant, a living area, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen & parking space. The garden sports mature trees and is delightful in the early mornings & late afternoons complete with birdsong. Built in the 1940s, the house has been renovated although maintaining it's old world charm. It's a perfect oasis in this chaotic city. Outside food is not allowed in the restaurant.
