'The room was perfect and the view was beautiful. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a wonderful lunch in their restaurant. The marketplace had some good options when we got back from the ballpark after our game went into 11 innings Can’t say enough! We had a wonderful visit'

'The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on.'

'Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests. Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. '

'This hotel was not in the best location. The hotel was old and needed a lot of renovation. The hallway and room had a horrible odor. I did but feel safe in the hotel nor leaving my car in the parking garage. I immediately checked out an hour after arriving the manager was not accommodating in reimbursing my money. 'The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...
