'Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants.'

'All great, and close to the airport (15-20 mins)'

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Te sterke niet prettige geur in kamer'

'Staff are good, Location is challenging until Metro line is completed. Room needed maintenance. Limited nearby options for food.'

'Nice place and location is close to Church, but if you are arriving outside the regular hours don't expect any amenities available, not even bed sheets even if it's already purchased oline. There was no response from the property when contacted before arrival to let them know about the stay. '

'Nice'

'this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe '

'Wifi issues. Could not get connected and they could not offer any support even after repeated requests. Plumbing issues.. bathroom drains slow and therefore forms an inch of water pool in shower.'

'NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL (as they advertised) !!! Average Hotel. Very near to Omni bus stand and Vegetable market. Service and maintenance is not up to the standard. Price is bit more to the standard and quality. No restaurant within the hotel.'

'The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay '
