'We had a lovely overnight stay en route to the south of France. We arrived quite late as we had been at Puy Du Fou during the day, but communication was easy with the lovely host. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our enormous family suite. Breakfast the following morning was delicious - yogurt, fruit, croissants, brioche, fruit tart and coffee / hot chocolate - perfect to set us up for a long drive. 'I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. I will be applying for a full refund as this is not acceptable. The alternative accommodation I found was brilliant and it should be people like...
