The home is a part of the attractive brick duplex. You'll be sharing the laundry room and the backyard with guests in the other part of the duplex. Please be so kind as to respect your pals.

Please note that there are cameras surrounding the entire exterior of the home. There are no video cameras or recording devices inside the home.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME★
This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
