Finished lower level three bedroom suite in the 2022 new construction 5 suite complex. Full private bathroom, kitchen, living/dining rooms, laundry in unit. Notice - there is another Airbnb suite above this and noise can transfer down, especially on weekends when there is usually a lot of activity. The building does have quiet hours after 10pm so message me before it gets too late if these are being violated. There is also a neighborhood noise ordinance so the non-emergency Royal Oak police can help if it's 3am and the other guests are causing a ruckus, this is an option, and it usually works better if the rule breakers are caught in the act.
