Nice place with all the amenities you need. Nice pool and comfortable rooms. Peter was always quick to respond to any questions and we had no issues with any of the process in reserving and even had to change the reservation and he was very accommodating.

Check in was very easy , and communication with the owner was among the best of any rental I've visited. Some things didn't go as planned, but they were addressed as quickly as possible. There are some great places to gather both inside and outside, and our group of 8 had a fantastic time during our stay.

All of the blankets had white crusty stains on them. Pillows were yellowed. Knives had tips broken off, pans were dirty (we had to scrub them ourselves). Wasps in the game room, dead bugs in kitchen hanging from ceiling trim. All ping pong balls but 1 were cracked. Nba jam stool was broken. The house overall was dirty, floors had dirt on them.

Great family home

This place was great for my husband and I and my son and daughter-in-law and their kids 6 & 9. We were in town for a wedding and this house was so much fun that everyone wanted to meet up here. The heated saltwater pool was great along with the converted garage with it’s ping pong table and TV area to watch sports. Absolutely was a great place for our family and friends.

Bachelor party

Overall very positive experience. Peter was very responsive to our needs and even stopped by to drop off towels and show us how to use the place. Cool dude. A few of the beds could use an upgrade and the pillows could be as well, but not a deal breaker. All in all good spot.

Pool and games

The pool was good and the games were used by the kids. Two of the bathrooms are laid out different but usable. The space was more than adequate. I would suggest that the owner leave an information booklet on how to use items and when garbage day is but all went well.

Nice but could have been cleaner

Nice for a group of friends. lots of bedrooms & bathrooms. heated pool was awesome! The house wasn't the cleanest. Dog pee on the floor in the living room, some type of poop up stairs in bedroom closet, bugs like spiders & centipedes in a lot of the rooms, basement had water issue, the carpet was wet. I believe they had a flooded basement before we arrived. They also had big rats outside getting in our trash both nights when we were outside. Rat poop was also next to the pool floats on the ground.
