Charming Rustic Modern House Near Detroit Zoo

Conveniently located near to both downtown Ferndale & Royal Oak, my newly renovated, modern home is the perfect place for all types of travelers. Be in the heart of Detroit in under 20 minutes. Reserve this entire house complete with queen size beds, work space, 4 full bathroom & jacuzzi tub, and access to a luxurious large kitchen, living room, laundry, large backyard and free on site parking. Enjoy exciting restaurants, cafes, shops, venues, and nightlife in Ferndale & Royal Oak, & Detroit!

My newly renovated home is two-story modern beauty with a bit of rustic craftsman charm. The large, open plan first floor features a comfortable living room complete with television, Netflix, HBO, and Hulu. The dining area features a large 15' handmade live edge table that can seat up to 12 guests, and the luxurious kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make a delicious meal. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor with a private full shower bathroom next to. The second floor features the master suite, as well as 2 comfortable queen bed guest rooms and bathroom you'll enjoy. The laundry is also located on the second floor, and available for you to use.

PERFECT

This property was exactly what we were looking for for a getaway close to tons of fun things. This house is gorgeous inside and out, with plenty of beds and space for fun and gathering. The host was wonderful and we had a blast. The location also couldn’t be beat!

Pleasant Stay in Pleasant Ridge

Very nice house in a beautiful neighborhood close to the Detroit Zoo and Royal Oak. Near most everything you want to see in Detroit. The house is great for a family experience.

It's up one flight of stairs, easy to get in and out and the perfect accommodation for an easy breakfast before setting out for the day. The location is perfect- lots of shops, places to eat, grocery stores within a short walk and the St. Paul stop is a few minutes walk. I really enjoyed the Marais area and all it has to offer. Hosts are responsive and not overbearing- easy in and out. YES! I recommend staying here.

The house was fantastic. It more that met all of our needs. It was clean and lots of really nice touches. Plenty of towels, blankets and everything you’d need for your stay. A beautiful home. Beautiful, spacious home in Pleasant Ridge.

Highly recommend! This home is gorgeous! ADORABLY decorated - looks like the West Elm catalogue. Tons of beautiful space to gather, make/have dinner, get ready (3 bathrooms) and just enjoy. Great location as well. We got to an event in Bloomfield Hills in 15 mins, right up the highway! The property manager was a delight...attentive and helpful.

Perfect place to stay!

House was clean and beautiful! Plenty of space for everyone. Location was amazing! Stayed for a bachelorette party and we were able to walk into downtown royal oak or grab a quick Uber ride. We stayed at this property with our family of 12 for our Granddaughters wedding. This is an amazing space for a large group. We had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is complete with everything and anything necessary plates glasses utensils and more. The diningroom has a beautiful long table so everyone could eat and socialize together. There were 5 clean beautiful roomy bedrooms and 4 immaculate bathrooms. All complete with plenty of linens and towels. Login and out were so easy and Coby our host was easy to communicate with if and when necessary. I highly recommend this property if you need to stay near or in Detroit. Its a quick straight drive to Downtown. Thank you Coby for have this wonderful place. We enjoyed your home so much. And thank you Coby for being our host

Excellent!

This house is extremely accommodating! The living areas are very spacious. There’s nothing needed in the kitchen. If your weather is good, you’ve got to take advantage of the backyard. We built a fire in the fire pit and played cornhole. It was so great to have four bathrooms for eight people. The primary bedroom upstairs is huge! If you have a baby or toddler, a pack and play, baby gates are provided. A great house that I will certainly recommend to others.
