Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
When we arrived Dana working the front desk was yelling at guests for asking for extra towels. The lobby smelled like skunk and cigarettes and did nothing but get worse each floor you go up on. Dana was so rude and intense when we checked in it made me thoroughly uncomfortable. When I got to my room the toilet was pre-clogged and when I asked the house keeper for a plunger she told me to ask the front desk. When I asked the front desk for a plunger they told me to ask the house keeper. After some time some random guy came in and started plunging the toilet but couldn’t get it so a second guy came in, used our ottoman to prop open the door so everybody walking by our room could see into our room and what was going on, and after 10 mins still could not get it unclogged. We decided to pack up and leave because we asked to be switched to a different room and were told to wait for them to fix the toilet instead. When we went downstairs to check out after being told that, Dana at the front desk told us that there was absolutely no way she could give us a refund and she did everything she was trained to do so call tomorrow and ask for the manager to get a refund - basically don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
I have never been treated like this as a human in my life … the whole hotel is outdated and disgusting, don’t ever stay here. And heaven forbid you want more than one towel per room!
