  • Islander Condo # 109 est une unité Silver View à un taux de bronze pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

    La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Réunissez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon doté d'un fauteuil inclinable pour regarder la télévision Smart TV de 48 pouces avec accès au câble numérique et lecteur DVD / VHS. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

    La chambre principale a un lit king et une télévision 27 "et un lecteur DVD. La salle de bain a été récemment mise à jour avec de nouvelles vanités, comptoirs et carreaux de douche. La tringle à rideau incurvée permet plus d'espace dans la douche. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits jumeaux, d'une télévision de 24 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD. La salle de bain d'invité a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité, des comptoirs et du carrelage de douche.

We had plenty of space, the decor was beautiful, and the location was great. We enjoyed walking right out of our condo and making our way to the sugary white sand beach and the heated pools. They also made a lot of noise thru the night.I complained to the front desk but it didnt help. Someone did pick the trash up.

The condo itself was spotless and well set up. I love the laundry in the unit. Our room was close to the front desk, but still quiet and relaxing. The beach is so close, just over the boardwalk. The pools are warm, but not too warm. And the hot tubs are hot! Shuffle board, pickle ball, an area to grill out. . . the Islander really does have everything.

Unit 109 was not only updated beautifully (kitchen, both baths, etc) and decorated perfectly! It was very clean, beds were so comfortable - we truly felt like we were at home. As a family of 6 with four children ranging 13-5, being located on the first floor is huge plus for us. It’s so nice & convenient having a view of the pool from your patio. They even provided family games, cards, and books for those rainy days too! Don’t hesitate booking this- we can’t wait to go back!

The facility was in good shape.Our unit was a little "tired" with paint missing in the guest bathroom and just generally needed a repaint. The dish washer was very loud, but worked fine as did the other appliances. The pots and pans were warped and needed replacement.We LOVED the linen and towel exchange! And the ladies there were SO helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a very good experience and we'll be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. We loved being on the first floor in close proximity to the pool and easy access to the beach. When we arrived our unit was not properly cleaned. There was some type of red drink that had been spilled in the kitchen that was still on the counter and floor. We had to wipe down most surfaces upon arrival. This was a little frustrating because when we called we were told our room would be ready at 3pm, it was not ready until about 5:30pm, and still was not cleaned to it's full potential.

We loved being on the ground floor. Couldn't see the beach from the ground floor, but that was ok. We were at the beach every day. It was just a quick walk out to the sand. The only thing we wished it had was a washer and dryer. Every unit should be equipped with one. We didn't think we would need one, but with wet towels...YES!

If you need anything they are always willing to accommodate. Located right on the beach, with great beach attendants. We tried a unit on the first floor this visit and the price was excellent, (thank you Megan Pollak) however we did miss the balcony view this year! Highly recommend the Islander. We will return again next year.
