Guest Age & Presence Requirement:
All tenants planning to occupy the unit must be 25 years of age or older, unless they are immediate family members, in which case only one guest must be 25 or older.
All guests claiming to be 25 or older must present a valid photo ID at check-in. One guest aged 25 or older, whose name appears on the rental agreement, will be responsible for the actions of the group and is required to stay in the unit for the entire duration of the reservation.
Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No exceptions. No refunds.
