Absolutely gorgeous condo! Everything was perfect from the views to the clean comfortable beds. The kids were especially excited that even the pull-out couch mattress was very comfortable. The coffee bar with all essentials and snack basket with a bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Julie was very easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and was the best host. We will definitely be staying again.

Property was great, just as stated and pictured on site. The host Julie, was attentive, checking in with us several times throughout our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was beautifully decorated and she thought of everything we may need for our stay. All beach necessities, toiletries, even a welcome gift, . Totally not necessary but a nice gesture. Felt like home away from home. Definitely a 10 rating from us. Would definitely recommend Julie’s property!!

Exceptional Condo with Spectacular View of the Gulf

A truly outstanding unit that is extremely clean and instantly welcomes you to a spectacular view of the Gulf. It has very comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen for all needs. The unit also has a recently updated master bathroom shower that is extremely satisfying after a fun day on the beach.Pelican Beach Resort is professionally managed and is ideally located to Destin's many restaurants and activities.... we love staying here!

Top Notch Host from beginning to end! Communication was great, host was accommodating to whatever we needed which was not anything because she had every detail thought out for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo! It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation.

Fantastic place to stay

Our stay at this property was excellent! I cannot say enough good things about the condo and our host. Our host checked on us every few days to make sure that we had what we needed. She provided many necessary items (paper towels, toilet paper, bedding, towels, and a very nice coffee station. She also had a very nice welcome basket waiting for us on the counter and had beach chairs so we didn't have to rent any. The condo is decorated very nicely and has a beautiful view. The resort has many nice amenities and is right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this Vrbo and plan to return again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view.

This condo at Pelican Beach was amazing. Julie made the process so easy. She even sent a list of things that you can do in the area. The condo had everything you needed and more. It was very clean and furnished well. The king size bed was so comfortable!! The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the furniture on it is so nice. We loved sitting out there early mornings and late evenings. We even seen dolphins swimming by one day. I would highly recommend booking this condo and working with Julie.

So many positives!!

First off ..the owner is so generous and thoughtful. She is very helpful and communicative. The condo was spotless and very well furnished. The owner had so many thoughtful touches like a welcome basket, coffee pods and creamers, pre-pasted toothbrushes in case of emergencies, shampoo ...you name it. She has a closet full on nice beach items to borrow as well!! The real star is the view of course but equally impressive was the bed. My husband and I never slept better..even at home! We usually have backs hurt from beds at rentals. The second greatest things were the dehumidifiers that were easy to use and fast acting. With all the resort amenities, food and bar downstairs, and Julie's thoughtfulness we barely even left the resort for anything!!!! No need. We just sat back, had our cocktails on beach and pool and loved life! Thanks again for hosting our family!! Our fav VRBO rental to date!!

Perfect Condo and Amazing Owner

The condo and property manager were both absolutely amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked with EVERYTHING we could need or want. You can tell Julie really wants to make you feel at home. From the quality items, to the houseplants, and small rugs everywhere...the whole vacation was perfect. Julie was so amazing and checked in multiple times before and during our stay. I cannot wait to come stay at this exact condo again! Already planning next year's vacation!!!

Everything you needed and then some

Owner provided everything to make an easy and comfortable stay. Plenty of paper products, lots of beach stuff to include coolers, beach bags, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use and convenience. She was super responsive and helpful...the condo was beautiful, beds comfortable....would highly recommend this rental!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. The balcony has the perfect view, and it is a very secure location. Unit looks like it came straight out of an interior design magazine. The owner spared NO expense, with top of the line utensils/electronics at your disposal. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and my kids loved the bunk beds with their own television sets and charging outlets. GENUIS! The owner is a fantastic person who puts thought into your stay. They are knowledgeable of the area and kind enough to guide you through your trip (it was our first time there). They were always available with great suggestions. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our trip was, and how wonderful the owner made it. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and we instantly felt at home. The decor was nicer than most. There were plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Beds were super comfy. Patio view is better than pictured and we spent a lot of time there sipping cocktails. The beach was clean, not a hint of trash or seaweed, and sugar like in texture and color. Location was great too. Lots do do very close by. Enjoyed every relaxing munute of our 6 night trip. Last but not least was our wonderful host, Julie. Excellent communication and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous stay. Best host EVER! Can’t wait to visit again!

Five Star Experience

Our family loves Destin and we have visited many times, But this was, by far, one of our best experiences!! This condo is exactly as described: clean, beautifully decorated, well-furnished, comfortable with a gorgeous view!! Our second day there, we watched from the balcony as a pod of dolphins played for several minutes directly in front of us! Such a special moment! Julie is an outstanding host!! She is warm, friendly and does her best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The gift basket was a lovely touch! Despite the cool temperatures when we visited, we enjoyed the gorgeous heated pool and hot tub! This property is fantastic, with so many amenities!! We would definitely recommend!!

Great Time!

We had a fantastic time on our honeymoon here in Destin Fl. The condo was neat and clean. It was everything that was advertised and more! The king size bed was very comfortable and the showers where very good as well. The view of sunrise and sunset form the balcony were amazing. We found out on the third day that the dish washer did not work. I contacted The property manger Julie and informed her of this. She offered to have the dishwasher replaced that day. We said no it could wait for the end of the rental period. It was just my wife and I so it was no big deal. Also Pelican Bay was renovating the outside of the building and painting. Again our property manger Julie had warned us about this weeks ago. She was not sure how much of an inconveniences this would be to us. She offered us a change of location or a refund. We said it should be find. And it was fine . The renovation were no inconvenience at all. There were washers and dryers on every floor, but because it was off season or the renovations, they were gone .All in all the condo was great. the property manger Julie was great. Pelican Bay as a resort, ok. Again it was off season and everything was closed, with the exception of the Pool that was great.

Management was more than generous and accommodating.

During our stay the building started a very loud and dusty renovation on floors above ours. Julie checked in with us each day to make sure we were ok with the issues and was more than generous in compensating us for this inconvenience during our stay.

Picture Perfect Vacation!

We had such an amazing time on this vacation. This was the first time we took our children to the beach (7 and 2) and everything was so easy and perfect. We didn’t have to worry about beach chairs, wagon or umbrellas because that was included with the condo. Which freed up a lot of space in the car! Julie, the host, sent so many recommendations and was so responsive. She had nets and buckets in the owner’s closet that we used for crabbing and skim boards, which my son adored. I loved how easy Julie made this vacation! She didn’t have a long list of chores to do on checkout and she was so detailed in everything for check in so we knew exactly what to do. The condo itself was so comfy and had everything we needed for our time there and more! I have never seen a rental include so many things and it was nice not to have to worry about all the extra stuff. The beds were so comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds with the tvs. Also, the ocean front view was gorgeous and the patio furniture was so relaxing to sit in. We also loved the 3 different pools and the hot tubs! We would 100% book this condo again, or another condo with Julie because she made this vacation such a special one for us and was a host that went above and beyond! I would give the condo and her 10+ stars if I could! Thank you for our perfect vacation and our amazing memories!
