ONLY A 500 FOOT WALK TO THE SUGAR WHITE SANDS AND CLEAR EMERALD GREEN WATER! UNIT 8140 PROVIDES A FREE BEACH SETUP!

Included in this set up are two beach chairs and an umbrella, available March 1st through October 31st. Sandpiper Cove offers easy, private beach access for its guests year- round. Additional beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon are provided for guest use year-round as an additional perk with this condo.

Sandpiper Cove #8140 is a one bed, one bath condo with a new queen-sized bed, and a queen-sized sofa bed. It is located on the first level with approximately 8 stairs leading up to the condo, and approximately 8 steps off the back balcony. Please note there are no elevators.

One of the five swimming pools is located just steps away from the back balcony for easy access!

Sandpiper Cove offers many amenities to help make your trip memorable. Some of these amenities include: On-site security, private beach access, five on-site pools (two of which are heated), three hot tubs, on-site 9-hole pitch and putt golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, on-site restaurants, water taxi to the popular Destin Harbor boardwalk, and more! We had the best stay at Sandpiper Cove! The location couldn’t be beat and we appreciated all of the little extras that were provided for guests. The beach access was amazing and we loved the beach accessories (and wagon) that were provided. We will absolutely be back!!!! Josh was an amazing host!

GREAT STAY LOCATION FOR BEACH GOERS

My wife and I just finished our stay at this condo. The stay was exactly what was listed and the owner does everything to try to accommodate your stay. Little things like having beach chairs and umbrellas, to YETI cups to keep your drinks cool. The property is extremely close to the beach, only just across a less traveled road. Also, the beach entrance is only for residents and guest which will give you a spot on the beach. There is a restaurant called Louisiana Lagniappe which has great seafood and no driving required. The condo is also within distance of other great restaurants, stores, adventure parks. The condo had the perfect amount of space for my wife and I, and included a full kitchen for food preparation. There was two TV’s and board games for entertainment in case bad weather days. For the price and location, there is no reason to not staying here!

Perfect beach property getaway!

I decided to get away for a mini vacation to enjoy the beach. Got a chance to stay at this bnb property which was amazing!! For starters, Josh was very informative on the property before my arrival. I love that it’s in a gated community which gave me a sense of security during my stay (important to me). Also, the gate guards were very friendly which was nice. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was a private beach access…very convenient!! Josh had a lot of beach necessities inside the property that I was able to use (very nice cooler, beach chair(s), and an umbrella). Also…the beach was amazing (white soft sand and beautiful ocean views). If you stay at this property, you must check out the Local Market!!…amazing food (breakfast and lunch). The gated community also has a couple of nice pools that I visited…very clean and relaxing. There was also a very nice back patio where I spent a lot of my time relaxing and reading. Inside the property there was a smart tv and multiple board games for those rainy days! The gated community was also very quiet and relaxing…you don’t get a lot of traffic noise which is nice. I recommend visiting the site and I will definitely be back for another stay!!

PHENOMENAL! Location, location, location!

Wow, this place was AMAZING! I don’t know where to start. The location was phenomenal! The beach was a 2 minute straight shot walk with private access and a beach bar. The sand and water look just like the pictures! We had one of the pools literally steps off the back porch if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. There was plenty of parking right in front of the condo. We also loved how easily accessible it was and how close it was to restaurants, stores, and anything we needed. The grounds were super clean and I liked the security at the front. The onsite restaurant had some of the best seafood ever. The condo itself was so nice. Everything was intentional from the decor to the amenities provided to ease our stay. We loved the dishes, coffee bar, and yeti options for beach days. There were tons of games and beach toys for the kids. We noticed there were back pack beach chairs, umbrellas and and a wagon. The place was spotless! No detail was left unnoticed. Joshua was very communicative and responded quickly. You can tell he really cares and wants his guests to have a great time. We loved this condo and will definitely be back, we didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic location!

This place was the perfect location to meet all my families needs. The beach was a 10/10 and very accessible being just a short walk away. There were also several pools close to the condo that were convenient for my children to have fun swimming. The interior was just right and cozy for my family. It was very clean. The bathroom had everything we needed with bath towels and soaps. The kitchen was equipped dishes, dish soap, microwave and coffee pot. We loved having the wagon to load with the beach toys, chairs, and umbrella for our beach days. The two additional chairs reserved on the beach was a huge perk! Rick’s Sandtrap on the beach was a great option for food/drinks on the beach. We had a great time making family memories here.
