The open floor plan features spacious living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the light & Gulf views to fill the rooms. When you want to smell the sea air as you enjoy the view, you can access from both master suite as well as the living area to the large Private BALCONY to enjoy the stunning 180-degree beach views. A fully upgraded kitchen offers granite counter tops and all the housewares you would expect at home making it an ideal place to prepare a good meal or a picnic for the beach. The bathrooms feature gorgeous granite countertops and each bedroom has a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and Washer/Dryer are included in this unit and video rental is also available on site.

For your convenience, you are provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, beach cart, towels and sand toys in your condo master bedroom closet so you can take to the beach in lieu of spending $30 a day using the local beach service operator.

Jade East offers something to suit the entire family’s tastes with full lighted tennis and basketball courts, fitness facilities, and several grilling areas. Take the boardwalk to create lasting memories on the world’s most beautiful beaches, or snooze on the spacious pool deck by the rock waterfall and hot tub. The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. Dressing areas/restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This unit has a designated parking space so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional undesignated spots are available for additional cars. Jade East offers three high speed elevators and luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.

During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.
