Happy Place 1301  Our beautiful 2BR/2BA unit at Chateau La Mer II has everything you desire for a relaxing beach getaway. Just a short 4-minute walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico:

Recently remodeled and professionally decorated with new furniture and tile floors, this property will comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
Both bathrooms include new vanities with granite tops, beautiful tiled showers, new fixtures and hardware.
Large master bedroom has a king-size bed with a new premium luxury mattress, 40" flat-screen wall-mounted Roku HDTV.
Guest bedroom has two queen size beds, with new premium luxury mattresses, and a 40" flat-screen wall-mounted HDTV.
Stylish living room was designed with comfort in mind and features plenty of seating for everyone with a queen-sized hide-a-bed sofa, and a 55" flat-screen wall-mounted Roku HDTV.
Dining area seats six and we have free Wi-Fi service throughout.
Kitchen includes all new appliances and cabinets with granite countertops.
Fully stocked kitchen provides all the cookware, appliances and gadgets you would need to prepare meals for family or guests.
New full-size washer and dryer.
Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
Patio overlooks a palm tree garden area and is a great place for a relaxing evening.
Guests have access to a beautiful private heated pool, with a playground and grill area just a few steps away.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the beautiful new extended brick paver patio.
 

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Our condo at CLM II is the perfect choice for your memorable Destin Beach vacation. 
 

 

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

great location

First things first - comfortable beds, plenty of space and a wonderful location. In minutes, you can drive to dozens of restaurants, a Publix and Winn Dixie, and lots of panhandle shops and entertainment. Within the complex, you are directly across the parking lot from the playground and pool. The beach is a short walk, and worth it. There were some issues with the pool heater (an issue during a chilly March). Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and the kitchen actually IS well equipped.

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time and the condo was very warm and accommodating ! It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient distance to shops and restaurants. Our only negative was that the beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great choice to stay. Richard went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and he even blew up our floats for us when we got there! Great vacation!

Our family enjoyed our time in this condo, relaxing at the beach and being in Destin! The condo was clean and is decorated very nice and updated! The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. The owner was nice and you could tell he wants his guests to be happy and comfortable, which is appreciated. It was nice having the umbrella and chairs at the beach as well. We will be back!

Great location with large bedrooms and very close to the beach. Had issues with the WiFi never connecting throughout our stay. Also, if you have more than one person staying in the guest room, you may want to consider bringing a power strip due to very limited number of outlets and only one lamp in that room. Overall a good stay, just a couple of small things!

Loved our stay here - but there were a few bumps

We had a great time at this location. It was the right size of our group of 6 women. It was beautifully decorated, well-stocked, close to the beach and lots of restaurants, and quiet. The only thing needed in this unit is a full-length mirror. Unfortunately, we were not given a parking decal for our car and had a run in with an occupant of another unit because of it.

Great little place. Very clean and updated. I felt comfortable the whole time while being there.

We stayed there for five days and had a great time. It was nice coming back to the property because I felt like it had a lot of room for me and my five friends. The kitchen was big and the washer and dryer were convenient as well. The back porch doesn't have much privacy or a view, but at least the greenery was well maintained and was a nice little place to eat breakfast. The TV's were all easy to use and were nice. A couple even had Roku. Not necessary for us, but were a nice touch. We did notice the owner peek in on us through the window once, but probably just to see if we had six people or not. I was a little disturbed, but not enough to complain. He lived right above us, so he probably just wanted to make sure we were upholding our part. The property was about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach which was fantastic and there were more than enough food places around. Overall I only have positive things to say about my stay. I would definitely revisit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway with a clean spacious place that comfortably fit six people or three couples. Thank you!

Great Beach Condo

Updated interior with wood tile, and nice bed/bathrooms. Cute shabby chic, beach decor, plenty of room for 6 people. The washer + dryer came in very handy! Important things to note: -No hair dryer or shampoo/soap/detergent. -It's a quick 5 minute walk through the property to the beach. -Beds were plenty comfortable, but if you don't like firm pillows, bring your own! -I had to proactively reach out when we landed because I did not have check in information, but I got a swift response with instructions. -Location is great - across the street from Captain Dave's, a quick walk from Pompano Joe's & The Crab Trap. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks for your hospitality!
