Completely remodeled unit is farmhouse fabulous. We took this unit down to the studs, and then brought it back to life in a coastal farmhouse style we are sure you will enjoy. And yes we have shiplap!

You are greeted into our unit by a one of a kind 4-foot mermaid work of art!

The kitchen features custom painted cabinets, white upper cabinets and grey lower cabinets, quartz counter-tops, and all new stainless steel appliances. The appliances include: a refrigerator, a double oven range, an over-the-counter microwave, and a dishwasher. This kitchen is well appointed for those who would prefer to cook. We have included a toaster, blender, griddle, crock-pot, cookware, and even a Keurig. However, this unit is well situated to enjoy the fine dining establishments Destin has to offer!

The dining room has a unique zinc top table with seating for 6. Overhead lighting with a chandelier and 2 pot lights hidden within a wood beam, as well as a custom hutch, add to the farmhouse feel. We have even included handmade seahorses to keep you company while you dine. While a large mirror reflects the ocean view!

The living area easily seats 7, and has a second overhead beam that conceals 3 pot lights to continue the theme. The living room includes a 65-inch TV mounted on shiplap with wall sconce lighting. Handmade custom drapes, artwork and accessories complete the appearance.

There are 2 master suites, both feature king size beds and a 5 star hotel mattress.There is also a queen air mattress. Rustic furniture and custom bedding were carefully selected for a luxury retreat feeling. Each bedroom contains a 55-inch TV mounted to the wall, a large closet, and a dresser with a couple of end stands. An iron and ironing board are included in the unit as well as extra pillows and blankets.

Each bathroom features unique glass tile, quartz counter tops and a shower. One has a walk-in shower, while the other offers a tub with a handmade shower curtain to match the drapes. To complete the farmhouse feel, a true vintage barn door provides entrance into one of the bathrooms.

But the best feature of them all is the view! The view of the ocean from the 6th floor balcony is breathtaking!
