Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen! Booking Details Max occupancy: 10 Minimum age to rent: 25 No student or chaperoned groups. NO pets allowed Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply. Parking: There is space for 4 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
