THE UNIT has been recently remodeled, and professionally decorated with a southern riviera coastal look. New bedroom set and living room furnishings, two 65 inch and 50 inch smart TV with Direct Tv, ROKU, Netflix. New luxurious memory foam mattress with goose down comforters for your best night asleep. The two bathrooms are nicely decorated with porcelain and stone shower walls. The shower heads are powerful. The kitchen has new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and it's fully equipped with every essentials you might need to prepare your meals. The condo sleeps six with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper. You'll love it! Because we stop at nothing to please our guests, our beach closet has 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 6 beach towels, a nice size cooler, inflatables, kids water toys, boogie boards, and a cart to bring them all to the beach. Kids love their closet. It beats having to shop for everything. Our unit comes with a free assigned covered parking, near the elevators.
