Located on the first floor of Sandpiper Cove, it features a private deck with an expansive view of the sparkling canal and is located next to the canal walkover bridge. Chill-out by the pool or enjoy the beach, which is only five minutes away. Your rental includes the daily use of two beach chairs and an umbrella—already set up for your convenience from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from March-October

This quiet neighborhood nestled among swaying palm trees, features five pools, three hot tubs, a nine-hole/par-three golf course, lighted tennis courts, boat ramp, marina, docks, 24-hour security and you're steps away from the most popular Louisiana Creole restaurant in the Panhandle–Louisiana Lagniappe.

Older unit but still comfortable. The television didn’t work and they knew it but didn’t fix it. Slip rental is expensive. Sandpiper moved my slip rental spot three times while I was there, very frustrating! I couldn’t keep my boat trailer on site. That was an unexpected expense of 300 to store it for a week. To top it off, someone stole my fuel can… full of fuel off of the front porch! The onsite launch ramp was convenient. The private beach access was nice too. Would consider staying there again

Nice place and the beach chairs are a bonus to reserve a front row!!The only negative is the battery back up for security is a little bright in the bedroom and the strobe light needs to go. Maybe it can be placed in the closet?

This was my 4th stay at Sandpiper Cove. Our room was perfect! It was clean and renovated. It’s was also on the first floor, which made things much easier for my 80 year old mom.

Very clean. Furniture is older and shows some wear/tear but was perfectly functional. Older TV in the living room didnt have a working remote. Recommend bringing a fire stick or roku where you can stream your own entertainment vs cable TV. Condo was well stocked with housewares, but was also very close to Target/Publix/Walmart for anything else you need.

Perfect morning coffee spot

Love the location of this little condo. Morning coffee w/ canal view was nice. Shower was too difficult for us to manuever getting n & out of though, and I like a dark bedroom to sleep in and window needs blinds and the blinking equipment plugged in made it hard for me to sleep. Also, a bigger nicer coffee pot is needed for sure.

Super cute , great location

Loved this 1 bedroom condo. It was clean and well decorated. Convenient to anything in Destin, just a short walk to the beach. I took my dog, and there's plenty of grass for him. There is a restaurant right in the complex that's open for dinner. It's convenient to drive up close to your door and not wait on an elevator. Received lots of info with phone numbers via email. My first door code did not work, and i called the appropriate number and it was resolved on the spot. I will look to stay again.

Last Minute Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There is a nice view of the canal and we loved watching the ducks. Overall the condo was clean and it wasn't very far from the beach.
