A gorgeous place on the beach

We loved our fall break stay! My husband and two under eight had a blast - loved the beach view, security, attention to details, kind staff, and close to everything. Ideal for families. The only cons we felt were: not much for ways of cooking’s/all pots and pans were super old and didn’t work well at all and the noise from the arcade across the street was a tad loud from the front bedroom. Overall, we loved it and will be back.

Beds were super comfy, deck was amazing with a table to eat at and nice loungers, too. This was a mom & (adult) daughter trip in spring time and we found it to be a perfect place to stay! Easily fits 6 adults. Fully furnished kitchen. (Utensils, dishes, pots & pans) Young man who set up our beach chairs & umbrella was super nice & helpful! We felt very safe as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone! We loved it & hope to come back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love love love this area stay in several of these condos over the last four years. We absolutely love it. Room was fabulous. The only problem we had was they had the bathroom blocked where you could not access it unless you walk through the other bedroom to get to it. We’ve never had that happen before not sure why they would do that we pay for the whole unit, but besides that the condominium was amazing. I recommend that they do not do this. I will not stay in this one again because of that issue, I like my own bathroom. But I will be back just a different unit.

All went Well...

It was Tuesday morning and the office was not open on this day. So I called few more times and they did get someone up to repair. 2 drs would not close, cabinet door in spare bath was off hindge and door knob, which was previously repaired came off. The cleaning people should had noticed all of this prior to us checking in. However, someone did come up that day and do repairs. Also, the bed spreads were dirty, I did not use them at all. Sheets all clean.

Beds were comfortable, view was great (saw dolphins and a ray), location was great for our family. The entire place was quieter and more private than expected. One final thing was major, the privacy of the beach (late June) was fantastic! As it's a smaller complex, we never fought crowds on the beach.

My college-aged daughter and I enjoyed sitting by the beach, taking long walks on the beach, relaxing, and having dinner and lunch and "The Back Porch." We had a fabulous week and one of my favorite things was keeping the patio door open in the bedroom and listening to the waves at night. So peaceful!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself is nice.The condominium itself is a nightmare. No number to get into security box. Parking was a nightmare as there was construction stuff everywhere. Both elevators did not work. We were going n the 8th floor. We had to walk down 8 floors with my 76 year old mother. I was feeling like I was in ****. It was all overwhelming. I had enough with the noise and had a nervous breakdown. I got out of there as fast as I could. Didn’t feel safe at all. They didn’t care. They were not available during the weekend. The list went on and on and on. What are the disabled supposed to do. I could easily sue this condo. Our safety was in jeopardy. It always comes down to money doesn’t it? Who cares about the people?

Wonderful Vacation

Units are updated regularly and furniture is always comfortable. Everything needed is in each condo - plenty of dishes glasses towels etc. staff are always friendly, common areas clean and the pool is fun for the kids. Proximity to family activities, restaurants and stores is great. We would not go anywhere else for our beach vacation.
