This unit is Located on the ground floor of the D Building. Patio opens up to the court yard and pool area. Unit D100 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that will sleep 8 people. Unit has 1 King, 2 fulls and a sleeper sofa. Updated kitchen, Granite counter tops and Tile in the living room. Non- Smoking. While sitting on the balcony you can easily monitor the children at the pool or while they play in the manicured courtyard. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is just a couple of steps away! Take an evening stroll through the courtyard and enjoy the evening sunset on the beach. Non smoking Silver Dunes’ large private beach offers beach service from March thru November, which can be reserved onsite. Silver Dunes is a small complex of 98 units, and is known for its family-focused atmosphere.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
