  • Beautifully renovated and professionally decorated 5th floor condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. "Not too high, Not too low." Relax on the 30’ balcony with comfortable balcony furniture while you enjoy watching the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Remodeled throughout, the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, updated cabinets and back splash, plus under-counter lighting. The laundry room boasts a full-size washer and dryer. The wet bar includes an ice-machine and sink. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room holds 2 queens’ beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. Smart TV's can be found throughout, with a 65" TV in the living room, a 50" TV in the master bedroom, and a 50" TV in the guest room, plus a counter TV in the kitchen. Updated, luxurious bathrooms will make your experience even more exceptional. Don't worry about parking, this condo has a dedicated, reserved, covered parking spot in the garage. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Enjoy the free beach service March through Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.).

The condo had everything you need to make meals, so there is no need to bring any kitchen related items, it’s all there. The view was spectacular. It was nice to be ocean side. I have stayed at Gulfgate before and the last time I was in Destin, I was not able to book at Gulfgate because there wasn’t anything available. I stayed somewhere else and was so disappointed. I will always stay at Gulfgate from now on. I have already booked for fall. You will not be disappointed. It’s close to shopping and lots of great restaurants. They have a nice pool, but they will set up beach chairs and umbrellas and the beach is not crowded like some beaches. I cannot say enough about what a great place this is. Book now, you will not be disappointed.
