Life sure is easy at the beach! Aqua Easy is a beautiful beach home in the Destin Pointe community on Holiday Isle in Downtown Destin. The three-level vacation home is spacious and welcoming, with natural sunlight and coastal décor. It features an expansive great room, comfortable sleeping accommodations, access to community amenities, and close proximity to the beach. The home can host up to eight vacationers with three bedrooms and three baths.

Upon arrival, guests will ascend an exterior staircase to the second level, where they will find the main living area. Walls of windows and doors brighten the space, and pale blue walls add a splash of beach color. The living room’s laidback seating ensemble is comprised of a queen-size sleeper sofa, two gray armchairs, and two brown leather armchairs. The setup encircles a round cocktail table and faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Hardwood floors extend into the dining area, which includes a wood-topped table, four chairs, and bench seating. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up culinary delights while on vacation. It has custom white cabinetry, spacious countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. From this main great room, glass doors open onto a breezy balcony overlooking a coastal dune lake. The shaded balcony is furnished with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill—perfect for dining al fresco or simply enjoying cocktails with your fellow vacationers. Steps lead down to a sunny patio, where you and your guests can soak up the sun and perfect Florida weather.

Each of the home’s bedrooms is well-appointed and sunny. The great room shares the second floor with one of the guest bedrooms, which features cottage-style furnishings and lots of natural sunlight. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, reading chair, coastal décor, and balcony access. The remaining two bedrooms are on the top floor. One is the primary suite, complete with a four-poster king-size bed, a writing desk, sunny windows, a flatscreen TV, and a glass door that opens onto a lakefront balcony. The ensuite primary bath boasts double vanities, a glass-walled shower, and a window overlooking the water.

When booking a stay at Aqua Easy, you also get to enjoy outstanding community amenities. These include a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, splash pad, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a playground. The beach is only a three-to-four-minute stroll from the property. Another benefit of this vacation home is its convenient Downtown Destin location. The popular HarborWalk Village is only a few minutes away. You will find shops, restaurants, bars, live music, seasonal events, and incredible firework displays here. Many family-friendly activities include zip lining, escape rooms, a mirror maze, mini golf, dolphin cruises, inshore fishing, pirate cruises, and more. Beach Restoration Notice: Okaloosa County is conducting a beach restoration project along Holiday Isle beginning in March 2026, with sand placement expected from approximately April through early May. During this time, guests may see survey crews, equipment, and active sand placement on portions of the beach. The beach will remain open, but temporary closures may occur in work areas as the project progresses.


*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Magnolia House community pool is seasonally heated.

*Trailers and RVs are NOT permitted at this property. No weddings or events allowed.

Rates reflect a discount for the nearby construction of a new and improved beachfront neighborhood pool, which is estimated to be completed in early fall 2024. The additional community pool is fully accessible.
